SHIPPING POLICY

Each GLYCELENE product is made to order fresh, for you.

We do our best to ship our orders from  Southern California within 1-5 business days. Please allow extra time during the holidays. You will receive tracking once it ships.

At this time we only ship to US addresses.  Currently, we do not ship to APO & FPO addresses, but are looking into doing that in the future. We do ship to PO Boxes.

We are not responsible for missing packages marked DELIVERED by USPS. All orders are shipped USPS PRIORITY. We do not ship Fed Ex or UPS, so please make sure your shipment is able to arrive via USPS.

Please always double check your shipping address prior to paying, if there was a mistake made, please reach out to us immediately.

Need to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet? If your package hasn’t left our lab yet and you need to cancel, please email us right away at info@glycelene.com and we can cancel it for you. Once it leaves our facility, we can no longer cancel the order. Please reach out within two hours of placing your order if you need to cancel.
